Revd Andy Economides and Revd Lekan
Adejumo completed the 昀椀rst of two
Soteria Trust charity missions to Ibadan,
Nigeria in May 2024. Andy has regularly
ministered in Ibadan for nearly 34
years. Lekan has worked full-琀椀me for
Soteria Trust for over four years. The
children (ages 5-16 years) at Prospect
School, Soteria’s partner school, were
happy to receive le琀琀ers from their
sponsors. Soteria ensured all the
families of sponsored children received
a 昀椀nancial gi昀琀 during this visit.

or Soteria Business School (SBS) workers.
Poor children and vulnerable young
people are coming to know Jesus and
receive educa琀椀on because of your love,
support, and prayers.
Achievements During the Mission
The SBS sta昀昀, Andy, and Lekan spent
extensive 琀椀me at Prospect School, with
children reading le琀琀ers from their UK
sponsors and replying. Nine of the river
children from Oboda Village started
school at Prospect three months before
Andy and Lekan arrived. The children
are boarding in the school. Soteria
Trust, through our UK sponsors, provide
schooling for 100 children as of January
2025. The Oboda children are especially
vulnerable, poor, and needy and are
therefore on a special scholarship.
