How Do You Go to Heaven?
W
hether you and I go to heaven or hell when we die
is directly connected to whether we embrace the
gospel and Jesus. Our being saved or having eternal
life cannot be separated from our welcoming and believing the
gospel. Belief in this gospel can only happen by the Holy Spirit.
Jesus welcomes all and does not turn aside anyone who comes to
Him. Come.
Paul speaks of having eternal life (Romans 6:23) rather than going
to heaven. He speaks of being justified by the blood of Jesus to
escape the coming wrath of God (Romans 1:18, 5:9). Heaven not
hell is what it comes to. Where are you going? Justifying faith is
what saves us. It ensures us that we will go to heaven when we
die.You are saved by putting your faith and your trust in the blood
